TalentSENSE was founded by Jennifer Osborn in 2013.  She wanted to own an HR/Recruiting Consulting business since college, finally remembered her dream after 12 years in corporate America, and went after it with just about nothing except her optimism and determination.  She now has a team of people supporting clients who share the same values around:
