Jennifer Osborn

is the owner of TalentSENSE Consulting and provides Human Resources and Recruiting consulting.  TalentSENSE focuses on ensuring excellence in the Human Resources and Recruiting functions within organizations by effectively recruiting, developing and retaining top talent while maintaining compliance. 

 

Jennifer has diverse experience in a broad array of industries including legal, accounting, technology, marketing, manufacturing, medical and retail.  She has in-depth experience ranging from recruiting, training, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, project management and sales.  Jennifer is well known for her highly motivated, engaging and results-driven approach to project management and client relationships. 

Notable Successes Include:
 
  • Respected for having an eye for top performing talent - sourced, interviewed and hired hundreds of top performing experienced professionals and executives

  • Audited and implemented compliant practices for several clients’ organizations including updating labor law posters, creating job descriptions, auditing employee files and creating handbooks, NDAs and non-competes

  • Created and launched multiple new hire orientation, onboarding and termination programs and processes that standardized efforts and communications

  • Created several comprehensive performance management processes ranging from launching systems for small companies to enhancing and managing complex annual peer-to-peer calibrations for larger organizations

Professional Development
 
Jennifer earned her bachelor’s from Ohio University and MBA from Baldwin Wallace; both focused in Human Resources.  She is a long-time and former Board Member of CSHRM (Cleveland Society of Human Resource Management) as well as former SMA (Staffing Management Association) Chairperson.  Jennifer is certified to train several Leadership & Customer Service courses through Achieve Global and completed “Recruitment Boot Camp” through ERC (Employer’s Resource Council).
